• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

The OrchestroHub platform and all related content are protected by intellectual property laws:

• OrchestroHub owns all rights to the platform, software, and documentation
• You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to the platform
• You grant us a license to use your data to provide our services
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology
• Our trademarks and logos may not be used without permission
• We respect third-party intellectual property rights

You agree to indemnify and hold OrchestroHub harmless from claims arising from your use of our services:

• You will defend us against claims related to your use of the platform
• You will pay damages and costs resulting from your violations of these terms
• This includes claims related to your data or content
• We will notify you of any claims and cooperate in defense

Either party may terminate this agreement under certain circumstances:

• You may terminate by canceling your subscription

• We may terminate with notice for business reasons
• Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease
• You may export your data before termination
• Certain provisions survive termination

Disputes will be resolved through the following process:

• Initial disputes should be addressed through customer support
